To request to cancel an order or to return a product, please call or send an email to [email protected].  The following terms will apply.

• All returns are subject to the following fee structure:
  • 25% restocking fee 
  • No returns accepted on “Custom Colors”
• A RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be requested.  No returns will be accepted without this number
• All returned items must be in new/resalable condition and in their original packaging
• Returned items must be received within 14 days from the RMA issued date
• All shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer
• We cannot guarantee any cancellations.  All cancellations must be made within 36 hours of ordering.  After 36 hours you are subject to additional fees

Returns and Cancelled items will be reimbursed via original purchase method.  Reimbursements will be made once the products have been received and inspected.

Due to inconsistencies in computer monitor screens, we strongly encourage our customers to order the free color samples to ensure they receive the desired color.  Please double check your measurements to ensure correct quantities.
